The Kambarang event is the perfect place for your gourmet journey and relax and unwind in a casual environment surrounded by the ambiance of Aboriginal culture, arts and music. This spectacular long-table lunch is brought to you by internationally renowned chef Mark Olive aka Black Olive and Josh Whiteland of award winning tourism business Koomal Dreaming supported by a number of organisation and Aboriginal hospitality students from around Western Australia.

This earthly but contemporary fusion of native flavours will create a memorable dining experience. Previous menus have included signature dishes such as crusted abalone with lemon myrtle topped with quondong sauce or kangaroo fillet with bush tomato and desserts infused with exotic native flavours to tempt anyone’s tastebuds.

With wines provided and live music to entertain diners between courses, this is the event you will remember as you leave the beautiful location of Margaret River.
